A major teaching medical center wanted more patients for its centers of excellence.

DETAILS

• We negotiated and created a 3-minute health show that aired four times on the first Monday of each month. The show was produced in-house by the hospital’s excellent education division.
• All calls-to-action were routed through telemarketing or the client’s Health Information Center. The client logged a positive new patient  and returning patient selection rate every month.
